One-on-One Meetings Information

On the afternoon following the September 30, 2007 Business Briefing, MSE will arrange an introductory meeting with the Chilean delegates for U.S. company sponsors.  One-on-one meetings with the delegates can also be scheduled on the 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd of October. Call 1-801-461-0888 or email John Christensen to inquire about individual meeting opportunities with the delegates.  Note these meetings must be set up with MSE in advance of the Business Briefing and will likely be no more than 45 minutes in duration (pending the number of companies that are to be scheduled).  The one-on-one meeting will allow an opportunity to provide an overview of those goods and services that your company provides that may be applicable to the upcoming projects in Chile.  You may want to leave the delegates with a copy of your promotional materials.  We encourage the use of electronic copies in lieu of paper copies as the delegates will have limited space in their baggage when they return home. 

Note that companies wishing to spend additional time with the delegates have the option to sponsor a meal. This option may provide your company with time to further discuss its products or services in more detail, or to simply get better acquainted with the delegates in an informal setting. Please contact MSE to schedule your sponsored meal.
